Their Packages Do not Come!!!!
I would caution everyone from supporting Women's Best. I love their clothes, but I placed an order on January 4, 2023. It never came to me, it's now February 7, 2023 - over a month and Women's Best is not doing anything about it!!
I received a letter from Fedex saying they will not honor my claim because the package was delivered. The package, however, was not delivered to me. I live in a high rise apartment where only the concierge can accept packages. That did not happen.
I have also been trying to reach Women's Best through What's App, but the number is invalid. This company is a scam. They are refusing to either refund me to resend my items!
Quality
Have to say I love this company.My daughter got a 20% discount code for her birthday when she tried to use it it wouldn't work so I emailed the women's best team n within a day or two the problem was fixed and the code worked perfectly so happy all round. Delivery time and service I find is exceptionally plus the quality of the leggins is amazing.There will be plenty of more orders waiting on one as I speak. Tracking service is also very good and easy to use.

Website glitch
Tried about 5 times to pay with my discover card and it kept telling me to enter a valid credit card number. The information was correct. Finally had to use my debit Visa

Well over a month after my order was placed and I've seen or heard nothing.
I placed my order in December and it has been in Memphis with absolutely no updates or changes. Customer service told me they would be doing an investigation into the status of my order and that I would take at most 12 days. That was on January 14th and today is February 3rd.
This is honestly a joke.

Gift cards
Tried to use a Visa and MC gift card for purchase but was declined. Each gift card balance was enough to cover the amount due, but would not accept. Need to consider accepting gift cards, as everyone is not comfortable using their personal credit card online. Look forward to receiving my items. Thank you.

I bought online a full package in 11 th August 2022 and took to my daughter to another country in September. There were 4 products bought, 3 of them had 2 years expiry date from the date it was sent and one of them only 2 months. I wrote to women’s best, requested them to send me a new product just for the expiry date very close one. however they said when they sent it, it was possible to consume it on time if it was started immediately. So you have to start immediately, otherwise you have no chance if you wanna start after 2 months ! Technically it might be right however for a big company like that finishing their products in their stocks is more important than a customer satisfaction. Why would they send 3 products with 2 years expiry date and one of them 2 months? I am very disappointed!!!! I won’t shop from this company again!

Declined my card and no free shipping
Declined my card and had to use afterpay. Coupon code didn't work in laptop and had to use phone to order. Also it was stated as free shipping for orders over $130 and I was still charged $8.90 for shipping for an order over $130.
